The Early Years Program Strategist, reporting to the Program Manager, plays a key role in implementing government-guided programs. You will build collaborations with local education partners, support inclusive practices, and analyze data to enhance program quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with early years sector organizations
• Represent Early Years and Child Care division at committees
• Lead community initiatives for innovative programming




• Analyze data to inform operational decision-making
• Collaborate with childcare operators for support and compliance

Requirements:
• Two-year degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum three years in Early Years or municipal sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of Child Care Act and funding programs
• Valid Class G driver's license required
