Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of animal care facilities
• Implement sanitation and biosecurity protocols
• Schedule staff for weekend and holiday coverage
• Communicate with research teams for project coordination
• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:
• 5 years of supervisory experience in animal care
• Expertise in veterinary nursing and compliance
• Proven ability in conflict management and consensus building
• Proficiency with various software applications
• Willingness to work flexible schedule and on-call
