Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional hospitality for premium members and guests
• Manage guest registration and access control efficiently
• Support event-day operations and hospitality activations
• Provide informed recommendations based on venue knowledge
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly

Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR certification required
• Valid Smart Serve certification needed
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
