Join Conuma Resources as an Operations Supervisor, where safety and leadership drive our coal production efforts. This full time role features a 7-days-on, 7-days-off work rotation that maximizes operational efficiency.

As the Operations Supervisor, you will manage a skilled workforce, ensuring that safety protocols and production targets are met consistently. With a solid background in mining operations and demonstrated leadership experience, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a motivated team and enhancing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically manage crew allocations for efficiency
• Facilitate daily safety meetings to align team goals
• Maintain accurate records for payroll and attendance




• Implement strategies for skills improvement in operators
• Enforce compliance with operational safety guidelines

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid BC Shift Boss Certificate
• Minimum five years' experience in open pit mining
• At least three years of leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
• Excellent communication skills in English
