Hellenic Home for the Aged is searching for a Live-In Superintendent in Toronto. Focus on property maintenance and enhance our supportive community for senior residents.

As a Full time Live-In Superintendent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of a 225-unit apartment complex. You'll maintain both interior and exterior areas, assist with tenant transitions, and respond to on-call maintenance emergencies. This role requires a collaborative approach within the Environmental Services team to meet community standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the property
• Oversee common areas and auxiliary space upkeep
• Manage exterior grounds including entrances and walkways




• Keep logs and report deficiencies promptly
• Prepare apartments for new residents after cleaning

Requirements:
• Must be physically capable for all responsibilities
• Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
• Previous Superintendent experience is a plus
• Bilingual ability in English and Greek is beneficial
