Oversee all project phases, including budgets, schedules, and compliance with specifications

Plan, coordinate, and execute construction, renovation, and maintenance activities at assigned locations

Review project documentation, including drawings, manuals, and addendums, before bids or proposals

Support contractor and trade selection, including preparing bid requests, contracts, and estimates

Identify cost-saving opportunities during renovations and deconstruction

Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable city, state, and federal regulations

Confirm contractors are properly trained, following procedures, and using appropriate PPE

Ensure subcontractors obtain required permits

Work under the direction of the appropriate U-Haul Holdings Business Consultant (ADVP)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Prior U-Haul experience required

3–5 years of construction or repair shop experience

Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment (with training)

OSHA certification preferred

Consistent and reliable attendance

Compliance with OSHA and all applicable city, state, and federal regulations

Ability to work near moving machinery, fumes, or chemicals while adhering to safety protocols





Ability to work extended periods indoors and outdoors, including standing, walking, and reaching

Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs (with or without assistance)
