Key Responsibilities Evaluate and underwrite complex insurance risks, making sound decisions on acceptance, terms, and pricing.
Develop and refine underwriting guidelines and strategies to adapt to market changes and risk exposures.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior underwriting staff.
Collaborate with claims and actuarial teams to ensure cohesive risk management.
Monitor portfolio performance,

Requirements Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in insurance underwriting , with a focus on complex risks.
In-depth knowledge of underwriting principles, risk assessment techniques, and insurance products.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., "ACII, FLMI") are highly desirable.
