Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic compensation guidance
• Analyze salary survey data and market trends
• Enhance job architecture alignment with compensation philosophy
• Prepare detailed compensation reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate on annual compensation program administration
Requirements:
• 7+ years in progressive compensation required
• Completion of CCP or CHRL preferred
• Robust job evaluation and governance knowledge
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Bilingualism preferred for Quebec clients
