As the Senior Manager, you will support Wright Tree Service of Canada and Spectrum Resource Group in evaluating and implementing Environment, Health, and Safety programs. This role connects various stakeholders including managers and field employees, emphasizing compliance, auditing, and improvement initiatives. Your leadership will be key in incident investigations and training to ensure safety practices are continually enhanced.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage regulatory compliance in EHS for all jurisdictions
• Provide leadership and oversight of EHS programs
• Engage regularly with field employees for effective communication




• Execute scheduled audits and support compliance processes
• Lead incident investigation efforts to prevent future occurrences

Requirements:
• 5-10 years in EHS or safety management, preferably in utilities
• Solid proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation
• Certified auditor for a COR program or ability to certify within 90 days
