This seasoned role demands a hands-on safety leader who can communicate effectively and work collaboratively. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safety compliance across numerous highway contracts, conducting training, and managing workplace health and safety committees. You will excel in your role by applying your technical knowledge and leadership skills to guide employees and the organization towards safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and manage hazard assessments for activities
• Oversee safety audits and regulatory compliance




• Facilitate training programs for staff and management
• Coordinate responses to safety incidents and emergencies
• Analyze and report on safety performance trends

Requirements:
• At least five years of experience in safety roles
• NCSO or CRSP certification required
• In-depth knowledge of OH&S; legislation
• Proven capability to maintain robust working relationships
• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License required
