In this role, the Infrastructure Operator is responsible for overseeing the execution of regular processes within CI Global Asset Management. You will monitor daily backups, assist testing teams, and ensure that online and batch processing systems function effectively. Your expertise in system management and operations coordination will be instrumental in driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of scheduled and ad-hoc production processes
• Handle operational alerts and escalate issues accordingly




• Assist in the setup and execution of tests for system quality
• Maintain accurate operational documentation
• Support fellow team members through training and collaboration

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in System Operations/NOC workplace
• Proficient with Unix systems and scripting
• Experience with CA AutoSys or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
