Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa is excited to invite applications for the Guest Services Supervisor position. In this pivotal role, you will manage daily operations, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a dedicated Guest Services team. Your focus will be on creating a warm and welcoming setting while overseeing smooth bookings and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign responsibilities during pre-shift briefings
• Oversee guest flow and operational activities
• Handle complex booking and guest account issues




• Maintain accurate records for transactions and waivers
• Provide coaching on service excellence and hospitality

Requirements:
• Hospitality Management certificate or equivalent preferred
• At least 2 years leadership experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with reservation systems and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
