Element is seeking a proactive lead to oversee the configuration of Mexico-specific regulatory requirements within the SAP FICA framework. You will ensure compliance with local obligations including CFDI e-invoicing and SAT reporting while collaborating closely with external SAP consultants and integrators. Your expertise will establish you as the go-to authority for SAP localization in the MX FICA program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end design and SAP configuration for MX regulations
• Lead configuration for Document and Reporting Compliance




• Validate IVA tax determination and compliance scenarios
• Approve RICEFW objects to ensure compliance
• Support data migration and validate critical legal data

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
• 6+ years SAP experience, with 8 years in FI-CA
• Hands-on with SAP DRC for Mexico reporting
• Solid knowledge of Mexico tax regulations
• Experience in compliance-focused SAP configurations
