As part of our Grid Integration Team, you will lead simulations and compliance studies integral to hyperscale data centers. Your significant role will not only support advanced simulations using industry-standard tools but also enhance the performance of onsite generation systems. This position combines strategic oversight and hands-on engineering to meet high reliability and operational performance demands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute dynamic simulations to assess generator responses
• Validate vendor models against performance benchmarks




• Lead grid compliance studies in various ISO regions
• Support technical discussions with utilities and consultants
• Develop operational readiness strategies for projects

Requirements:
• Master’s degree with 5+ years or PhD with 4+ years experience
• Proficiency in PowerWorld, ETAP, or similar tools
• Experience with hybrid energy integration
• Solid analytical skills for modeling complex systems
• Proven capability in commissioning and field validation
