In this role, you will execute migration initiatives, gather requirements, and deliver cutting-edge telephony solutions. Your focus will be on maintaining cloud-based services and enhancing Amazon Connect for reliable operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with teams to execute telephony migration initiatives
• Gather requirements for telephony and cloud infrastructure solutions
• Develop high-level and detailed technical designs




• Support and enhance Amazon Connect and AWS services
• Participate in Agile and DevOps practices, promoting automation
Requirements:
• 2+ years supporting Microsoft Teams Telephony and AWS services
• Experience with Enterprise telephony concepts and call routing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of telephony provisioning and troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
