Drive major projects forward with Green Infrastructure Partners as a Project Coordinator in Toronto, Ontario. Your role will involve organizing crews, supervising installations, and ensuring effective communication.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will support the Major Projects team with on-site operations and assist in managing work schedules. You're expected to liaise with General Contractors and Owners while maintaining daily records and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing on-site operations with the Project Superintendent
• Establish and monitor construction schedules, including 'look ahead' plans
• Communicate operational objectives daily with Project Superintendent




• Maintain the daily diary and contract-related records
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Enrolled in an Engineering degree or related College Diploma
• Ability to read construction drawings and contract documents
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to objectives
