The Stantec Infrastructure team is looking for a strategic leader for the TPTE practice, focused on traffic engineering, planning, and multimodal project management throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. As a leader, you will nurture team growth, enhance collaboration, and support business development initiatives. Your leadership will directly impact safe and efficient transportation systems in our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the TPTE practice regionally
• Facilitate teamwork and high-quality project execution
• Offer mentorship and performance coaching to staff
• Engage in business development and proposals for key projects
• Coordinate and lead multimodal transportation initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in transportation planning and traffic engineering
• Civil engineering or related field degree required
• Solid experience in project management and delivery
• High organizational and cooperative skills
• Preferred professional registration
