Key Responsibilities:
• Train and support Aircraft Deicers in daily operations
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Operate de-icing equipment near aircraft and personnel
• Document operational performance and incidents
• Foster team collaboration and effective communication

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Supervisory experience considered an asset
