About the Role Our client, a leading producer of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods , is seeking a meticulous and observant Quality Control Inspector to join their production facility in Kimberley . This role is essential in ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards before reaching consumers. You will conduct regular inspections, identify deviations, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions, safeguarding the company's reputation for quality. This is a vital role for maintaining product integrity within the Northern Cape 's competitive market.
Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality control records.
Identify non-conforming products and initiate appropriate corrective actions, collaborating with production and quality assurance teams.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
Calibrate and maintain quality control testing equipment to ensure accuracy.




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing defects.
Requirements Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and testing methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and quality standards.
Good communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant industry standards is a plus.
