This role requires a dedication to enhancing partner experiences and compliance within Second Harvest’s mission to reduce food waste. You'll serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring efficient communication and addressing partner inquiries effectively. Your coordination of annual audits will uphold the integrity of food rescue practices in Toronto, Brampton, and Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain positive relationships with non-profit partners
• Provide skilled support and ensure timely responses




• Manage compliance audit processes and partner records
• Resolve operational issues between partners and teams
• Assist with administrative and operational project needs

Requirements:
• Background in community services or administrative roles
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience with CRM software and data entry
• Passionate about food security and sustainability
