Key Responsibilities:
• Improve performance of critical plant assets
• Develop predictive maintenance programs and engineering standards
• Lead reliability strategies for maintenance and production
• Analyze equipment failures using root cause methodologies
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment issues
Requirements:
• Two years of engineering experience in a heavy industrial environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of maintenance and asset management practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Eligibility to register as Engineer-in-Training in BC
