• Troubleshoot defects and incidents on the platform

Requirements:
• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
• 3 years implementing ITSM and other platforms
• Experience in workflow design and integrations
• Solid documentation and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of ITIL standards and Agile methodologies
