Play a vital role in community health as a Children’s Program Assistant with BridgeWay, providing essential support to families and children. Help deliver engaging programs for young children.

As part of the Healthy Start and Growing Together In Peel (GTIP) team, you will report to the Program Manager and assist in program delivery for children from birth to age 6. Your role involves direct engagement with families, and requires positive communication and teamwork skills. You'll actively participate in fun activities while ensuring that all interactions are culturally sensitive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Setup and cleanup for Children's program activities
• Engage with families during program delivery
• Maintain organized and clean activity spaces
• Prepare materials and activities suited to children’s interests
• Support staff with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Past experience with children preferred
• Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR B or C certification
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedule
• Capable of light lifting
