Step into a crucial role as a Noon Hour Supervisor, dedicated to the safe supervision of students during lunch at Rocky Mountain School District No. 6. This part-time, permanent position requires 6 hours per week starting September 8, 2026.
In this role, you will leverage your understanding of school routines and your ability to connect with children. Good communication skills are essential for maintaining effective working relationships with staff and fostering an enjoyable environment for students during lunchtime. You will also perform additional responsibilities as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure students are supervised during lunch breaks
• Communicate and interact positively with students
• Build effective rapport with District staff
• Relate well to children, ensuring their engagement
• Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience with youth is desirable
• First aid knowledge is beneficial
• Robust interpersonal skills are necessary
• Knowledge of school routines for effective supervision
