The BetMGM team is expanding and seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Associate to enhance our digital marketing functions. You will oversee the production of marketing assets, working with various stakeholders to improve our digital strategies for all BetMGM products. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and includes collaboration with key internal teams and external partners to drive acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage digital marketing project delivery through creative briefs
• Contribute to digital acquisition strategy across platforms
• Collaborate with Google, Meta, Twitter,



and Snapchat partners
• Tailor digital marketing strategy based on business insights
• Analyze campaign data and deliver insightful recommendations

Requirements:
• 3+ years in digital marketing focused on growth
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Solid analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics
• Proven experience executing paid digital campaigns
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
