We are looking for a passionate and qualified Direct Support Worker to support individuals in our group home. You must possess a Developmental Service Worker diploma or equivalent education and be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Your role includes supporting daily living tasks, personal care, and strengthening community connections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal support during overnight shifts
• Assist with household chores and food preparation
• Foster connections by supporting events and appointments




• Oversee and assist with financial transactions
• Participate in team meetings and required trainings

Requirements:
