Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals with daily living activities
• Support community participation and personal hygiene
• Administer medication and manage health-related tasks




• Perform meal preparation and general housekeeping duties
• Foster meaningful relationships and collaborative support

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in social services
• Valid Ontario ‘G’ driver’s license
• Clean driver's abstract and CPIC
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities is an asset
• Versatile availability for various shifts, including weekends
