In this Senior Estimator role, you will take charge of developing exact estimates and supporting the preconstruction phase of major projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with skilled teams while identifying risks and enhancing competitive strategies. The position emphasizes the management of subcontractor pricing along with cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and finalize estimates for both self-performed and subcontracted work
• Review and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
• Study drawings and specifications to ascertain project requirements




• Assess project risks and identify opportunities for competitive pricing
• Support post-tender negotiations and planning efforts

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years of estimating experience in ICI construction
• Knowledge of estimating methods and contract negotiation
• Proficient in Timberline and On-Screen Takeoff software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools
