Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and upgrade energy management systems regularly
• Manage preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC components
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems




• Respond to alarms from energy management systems
• Work closely with maintenance supervisors for system improvements

Requirements:
• Grade 12 High School Diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in building controls or relevant trade
• Experience with building automation (BACNet preferred)
• Valid Nova Scotia driver’s license
• Solid mechanical and physical aptitude
