Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver empathetic support to individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Implement behavior plans and de-escalation techniques
• Facilitate personal hygiene and meal preparation
• Assist in medication management and housekeeping
• Promote a safe and respectful environment
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in social services
• Experience with individuals with complex needs
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
• Valid Ontario ‘G’ driver’s license with clean abstract
• CPIC with Vulnerable Sector Screening
