Dawson Road Maintenance is seeking experienced Seasonal Operators in Smithers, Carnaby, and Stewart, BC. The role involves working under the supervision of the Road Foreperson, where you will efficiently operate heavy equipment while prioritizing safety. You will contribute to daily operations in a physically demanding workplace, maintaining thorough reporting and equipment care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Skillfully operate heavy machinery in winter conditions
• Conduct snow and ice removal on roadways




• Follow daily production schedules from the Supervisor
• Document work progress and service logs
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Class 1 or 3 license
• Minimum two years in road maintenance
• Experience with snow removal is advantageous
• Knowledge of construction materials and processes
• Ability to manage electronic reporting tools
