You'll train fellow team members and uphold safety practices while actively troubleshooting production challenges. Your mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and adjust screen printing equipment for optimal output
• Maintain inventory of supplies and oversee equipment maintenance




• Participate in production meetings and collaborate with colleagues
• Manage customer concerns promptly and effectively
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols

Requirements:
• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license necessary
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with press-transfers is an advantage
