Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor fleet assets and address trip issues promptly
• Provide coaching on driver performance and load quality
• Collaborate with customer service and planning teams




• Communicate safety-related information regarding drivers
• Update customers on their loads’ day-to-day progress

Requirements:
• Completed grade 12; post-secondary education is beneficial
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience in dispatch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong teamwork ability and multi-tasking skills
