Become a Health Care Aide with Optima Living at Fieldcrest in Lethbridge, Alberta. Support residents' physical and emotional needs while working regular shifts on a 5-week rotation.

This role reports to the Director of Care and incorporates essential activities of daily living for residents. You will assist with personal care, mobility support, medication reminders, and preparing for social activities. The emphasis is on person-centered care, maintaining dignity, independence, and safety for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assists residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Documents care activities and reports changes to superiors
• Supports recreational activities with residents and one-on-one engagement




• Administers and tracks medication in accordance with care plans
• Ensures proper nutrition and hydration for residents

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Active CPR and First Aid certification
• Cooperative team player with strong communication skills
• Experience in residential care is an asset
• Flexibility to work various shifts
