The Shop Barber & Brand is growing, and we're looking for an experienced barber to join our team.

We know every barber works differently, which is why we're offering two options:

Choose the structure that works best for you — chair rental or commission.

If you're an established barber who wants more independence, chair rental may be the right fit.

If you'd rather work on commission with the support of an established shop, steady traffic and a growing clientele, we can offer that too.
