WE'RE HIRING — ALUMINUM BOAT FABRICATOR / APPRENTICE Lux Marine Canada is looking for someone to join our custom aluminum boat-building team on Vancouver Island. We're interested in either: ⚓ An experienced aluminum boat fabricator who can fit, fabricate and weld independently OR ⚓ A motivated entry-level applicant who wants to learn the trade and build a career in marine fabrication You must be dependable, willing to work hard, able to follow instructions and take pride in producing clean, high-quality work. Aluminum welding or fabrication experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person with a strong attitude and genuine interest in boat building.
$22–$42/hour, depending on experience and ability. Experienced aluminum boat fabricators will be paid at the upper end of the range. ✅ Full time position ✅ Custom aluminum boat projects ✅ Pay based on experience and ability ✅ Opportunity to learn and advance
