As a member of Avenir Energy Ltd., you will report to the Operations Manager and manage daily dispatching activities. This position includes communicating directly with drivers, preparing delivery tickets, and adjusting customer account parameters. Solid organizational and customer service skills are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage communication with delivery drivers and brokers
• Oversee dispatching using CUE and AWE systems
• Review various performance and delivery reports




• Adjust delivery parameters based on customer needs
• Handle customer service inquiries and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:
• Dispatching and logistics experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous customer service experience necessary
• Professional driving or fleet dispatching experience is a bonus
• Understanding of Liquid Fuels Handling Code is an asset
