In the role of Program Manager (SHYP), you will spearhead the initiatives that empower young mothers aged 16-25 and their children. You will cultivate a dedicated staff team while overseeing programming that focuses on developmental skills and protected housing. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure program operates in alignment with organizational mission
• Train and lead staff in SHYP programming
• Manage client intakes and assess progress regularly

Requirements:
• 5+ years in nonprofit organization or social service
• Leadership experience with youth populations
• Valid “G” class driver’s license needed
