Your responsibilities will include repairs across various systems, including carpentry and plumbing, while maintaining a clean and safe atmosphere. Your service-first mindset will ensure guest requests are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute routine building maintenance for the hotel
• Perform necessary repairs in plumbing and carpentry
• Monitor and maintain the pool area




• Respond professionally to guest service requests
• Collaborate on longer maintenance projects

Requirements:
• At least 3 years maintenance experience in hotels
• Skilled with HVAC and mechanical systems
• Willingness to gain Pool Operators certification
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• High energy and positive work ethic
