Extendicare in Vaughan, ON is seeking a Part time PSW/HCA/CCA to provide direct personal support to residents, assisting with mobility, feeding, hygiene and daily living activities in accordance with care plans.
You will work closely with the care team to monitor residents' wellbeing, document progress, and communicate with residents, families and staff. A PSW program or HCA/CCA certification is required.
Access to a reliable vehicle is required for community/home care work.
