Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with snow removal and general lawn care
• Support housing improvement projects alongside management

Requirements:
• Preferred one year in housekeeping or maintenance
• Required valid driver’s license in Alberta
• Robust verbal skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Capable of working independently
