Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day facility maintenance. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors, tackling various maintenance tasks. A sound judgment in mechanical repairs and proficiency in equipment management are essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support operations by maintaining and repairing facility equipment
• Execute general upkeep of property and grounds
• Handle minor building repairs including plumbing and carpentry
• Complete routine maintenance on lab systems
• Assist with procurement of necessary supplies and tools
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in facilities operations
• Strong HVAC knowledge and mechanical problem-solving skills
• Class 5 driver's license required
• Time management and communication skills
• Flexible availability for on-call duties and shifts
