Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd. is a third-generation, family-run brokerage based in Scarborough, serving the GTA east end. We're looking for a Deals Administrator to manage real estate transactions from offer to close.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 ? 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person

Location: Scarborough, ON

What you'll do

Manage transactions from start to finish

Enter deal details into LoneWolf

Keep agents, clients, and other parties in the loop

Keep records accurate and compliant

Prepare and submit transaction paperwork

Track deadlines and follow up on open items

What you'll need

Strong attention to detail and organization

Transparent communication skills

Comfortable working solo or as part of a team

Experience with LoneWolf and/or SkySlope

Solid with Microsoft Office

Real estate or admin experience is a plus
