You will oversee league activities, manage equipment setup, and ensure positive experiences for participants. This role involves keeping track of game times and scores, handling conflicts, and promoting our ever-growing events to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and take down league equipment before games
• Manage time and score-keeping during matches
• Submit detailed reports on each shift's activities
• Promote events and league registrations to participants
• Address first-aid incidents and team conflicts
Requirements:
• Passion for sports and recreation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in event management or coordination
• Robust conflict resolution abilities
• Availability from 5:45 PM to 10:15 PM during league sessions
