EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISOR You know cars and you're great with people? We want to hear from you. At Thibault Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC in Rouyn-Noranda , we're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who knows the trade, enjoys customer service, and can effectively bridge the gap between customers and the service department.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Welcome customers and understand their needs
Open repair orders
Follow up with technicians
Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs
Explain recommended repairs and maintenance
Provide clear and professional follow-up from start to finish
Work closely with the service team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar position
Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
Comfortable working with customers
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Autonomous and resourceful
Team player
Valid Class 5 driver's licence
