As a member of West Coast Seniors Housing Management, you'll support the therapeutic recreation team to deliver specialized leisure services. Working Tuesday to Thursday, your role will include promoting activities, managing documentation, and ensuring a safe environment for residents. Robust interpersonal skills are vital in this fulfilling position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recreation services and programs
• Coordinate outings, crafts, and entertainment events
• Observe and log changes in resident behavior




• Ensure a safe environment through adherence to guidelines
• Assist in staff orientation and volunteer evaluations

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education; Recreation Diploma a plus
• Experience in elderly care settings preferred
• Successful completion of a criminal record check mandatory
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Valid Class 4 driver’s license essential
