As a Relief Chef Manager / Breakfast Baker / Housekeeper, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensure top-quality meal preparation, and maintain the cleanliness of the camp. With a focus on superior customer service and a positive guest experience, you’ll play a vital role in our remote locations. You will handle menu planning, kitchen inventory, and compliance with food safety standards while managing housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items and baked goods
• Plan menus and introduce new seasonal dishes




• Oversee kitchen staff and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Supervise inventory, food costs, and ordering supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of chef experience, preferably in remote settings
• Strong baking skills in high-volume environments
• 1-2 years housekeeping experience preferred
• Valid WHMIS, Food Secure Advanced, and First Aid certifications
