La Rose Specialty Foods is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cake Decorator & Pastry Specialist. This full-time position requires weekend availability starting at 6:00 AM. You will create and decorate an assortment of cakes and pastries while ensuring the highest quality and presentation for each custom order.

Key Responsibilities:
• Decorate cakes and specialty desserts according to orders
• Prepare various pastries and baked goods daily
• Create custom cake designs with attention to detail
• Follow decorating guidelines and recipes accurately
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
• Proven cake decorating and baking experience
• Robust creativity and attention to presentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
