We are looking for a Drywall Taper with at least 1 year of experience in applying finishes. You will be working directly at our job sites, ensuring all work meets specifications by reading blueprints effectively. Your role is crucial in achieving a professional finish for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Apply and level coats of plaster for smooth finishes
• Prepare and clean surfaces before application
• Mix plaster to ensure the right consistency
• Tape joints accurately using a taping machine

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary (high) school education
• 1-2 years of dedicated experience in taping
• Commitment to working in office only
• Detail-oriented in plastering tasks
• Experience in ornamental plaster installation preferred
