Mainroad East Kootenay Contracting LP is looking for dedicated drivers for the winter season. This temporary role goes until approximately April 2027, requiring on-call availability around the clock. Ideal candidates must feel comfortable working in severe weather while supporting highway safety operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate trucks for material hauling during snow events
• Explicit snow by sanding and salting highways
• Remove litter, debris, and roadkill from roads

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license with Air Brake endorsement
• Experience driving tandem trucks with trailers
• Willingness to work in extreme weather
• Experience in highway maintenance or construction a plus
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team
